About

I'm DeEnna-speaker, author of the upcoming book Act As If, and a former college counselor who spent nearly 30 years helping others build meaningful, successful lives. At a certain point, I realized I was being called to something deeper for myself. I chose to start over and live a life more fully in alignment with who I truly am. Now, through concepts from my book and speaking, I help others reconnect with themselves, break free from who they were taught to be, and create lives that feel honest, aligned, and fully their own.

About the book...

Act As If
Live Your Truth.Heal Your Life.Change the World

This isn't just a book. It's a return to who you've always been.
Act As If is about breaking free from the roles, expectations, and patterns your were taught to live by and reconnecting with what is actually true for you. It's a guide to living your truth in real, tangable ways so that your life begins to reflect who you are on the inside, not who you've been conditioned to be.
Through this book, you will begin to:
-Recognize patterns and beliefs that have been shaping your life
-Reconnect with your voice, your truth, and your inner knowing
-Make aligned choices that create reall change in everyday life
This book is for you if you feel like there's more to your life than what you are currently living...if you've done "all the right things" but something still feels off...or if you're ready to stop performing and start living as your true self.
This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you are and having the courage to live from that place.
